Returning President Jim Newland takes up the reins again after 4 years of dedicated service from outgoing President, Veronica Martzahl — who has taken on the responsibility of Secretary. 

Preparations are well underway for the 20th Annual Home Tour, with five amazing, beautiful and historic properties. This year on November 7, 2026 and featuring the Grossmont Colony and Mt. Helix communities, The Home Tour is our most popular event and our largest fundraiser. We have amazing homes and need more docent volunteers to ensure a fun, educational, and safe event for our Tour Guests.
